Feeling Local
Today while running I was asked by a guy what the name of the upcoming street was and I had the answer without hesitation: Kapahulu.

The full Garrett Ranking System is now in effect, which does shake up a few teams, but it now has no reliance on any other polls and is solely based on records to determine positions.
